Last updated: [insert date]

This page sets out the main booking, payment, rescheduling, cancellation, refund, and general service terms for consultations offered through dhruvpmehta.com by SOULUTIONS UAB.

By booking, requesting, or arranging a consultation through the website, Calendly, email, or any related booking method, you confirm that you have read these terms.

Service provider

  • Service provider / data controller: SOULUTIONS UAB

  • Email: info@dhruvpmehta.com

  • Address: Didlaukio g. 80-96, Vilnius, Lithuania

1. Nature of the service

The consultations offered through dhruvpmehta.com are paid individual consultations intended to help clarify a situation, life phase, decision direction, timing, or an internal blockage that may be affecting movement, action, or perception.

Depending on the type of consultation, the service may be provided:

  • online

  • in person, where separately agreed

The exact consultation type, format, duration, price, and booking conditions are shown on the relevant service page, during the booking process, or in direct communication.

2. Booking and payment

A booking is considered confirmed when:

  • you select or agree on a consultation time

  • provide the information reasonably required for the consultation

  • and successfully complete payment, where payment is required at the time of booking

Where Calendly and Stripe are used, booking and payment are processed through those systems in accordance with their technical and payment infrastructure.

If payment fails or the booking process is not completed, the time slot is not considered reserved.

For some consultation types, a short prior conversation or email exchange may take place before the session is scheduled. In such cases, booking is considered confirmed only after the session is expressly agreed and, where applicable, payment is completed.

3. Information the client must provide

To ensure that the consultation can be delivered properly, the client must provide accurate and sufficient information relevant to the consultation.

Depending on the consultation type, this may include:

  • date of birth

  • exact time of birth, if known

  • place of birth

  • the topics, questions, or situations the client wishes to explore

  • any practical information necessary for scheduling or delivery

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. If essential information is missing or inaccurate, this may affect the scope, focus, or quality of the consultation.

4. Rescheduling

If you cannot attend at the agreed time, please notify us as early as possible by email at: info@dhruvpmehta.com

A consultation may be rescheduled if notice is given no later than 24 hours before the agreed time, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

If a request to reschedule is made less than 24 hours before the consultation, rescheduling may no longer be possible or may be treated as a late cancellation.

5. Cancellation and refunds

5.1. Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance

If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may:

  • arrange a new time

  • or, where applicable and unless otherwise stated, request a refund of the amount paid

5.2. Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation, the amount paid is generally non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly agreed or exceptional circumstances apply.

5.3. No-show / failure to attend

If the client does not attend or join the consultation at the agreed time without prior notice, the consultation will generally be treated as missed by the client, and the amount paid will ordinarily not be refunded.

6. Late arrival

If the client arrives late, the consultation may be shortened so that other scheduled commitments are not affected.

If the service provider is late, reasonable efforts will be made to provide the full agreed consultation time or to agree on an appropriate solution.

7. Service limitation

The consultation is an orienting, reflective, and interpretive service. It is not a medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, legal, or financial service and should not be treated as a substitute for specialist advice in those areas.

Final decisions, choices, and their consequences remain the responsibility of the client.

8. Right of withdrawal for distance purchases

Where the service is purchased at a distance, consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal unless an exception applies under applicable law.

If you book a consultation that is to be delivered within a shorter period, or if performance begins at your request before the end of the 14-day period, you may be asked to consent to the service beginning earlier and to acknowledge that, in some cases, you may lose the right to withdraw once the service has been fully performed.

Where useful, this may also be stated directly in the booking or payment flow.

9. Technical requirements

The client is responsible for having, where relevant:

  • a stable internet connection for online consultations

  • a working device or connection method

  • the ability to attend the consultation at the agreed time in a suitable environment

If connection issues arise on the client’s side, reasonable efforts may be made to find a practical solution, but this does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.

10. Intellectual property and materials

Any materials provided before, during, or after the consultation, where applicable, are for the client’s personal use unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Such materials may not be publicly distributed, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
